The collection of coffee is very important for AVA; being that through this process we can insure an excellence of quality. This is due that through the manual process of collecting the coffee beans it assures us a quality product from start to finish; picking only the ripe and mature beans assures a quality cup of coffee from the farm to your table.

This method of coffee collecting generates jobs to many families of the region; where in our farms we can provide daily sustainability to them and their families.

We also count with a social assistance plan that benefits many families as well as cases of people who have specific needs and are unable to maintain a normal lifestyle such as in the case of addictions, drug and alcohol abuse.
